If so, go shopping there just as it opens.  It is a quieter nice time to do it, and the store has not had time to get into an awful mess.  (This advice probably applies to most Primark stores).&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
St Paul's Cathedral is a particularly interesting experience.  I love the Whispering Gallery which is nearly in the cupola. On a fine day it is good to walk out on the viewing balcony and if there is a custodian nearby, you can ask many questions from which you should gain lots of knowledge about the view that you will see over East London.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
The crypt is worth a visit too, after you have visited the Whispering Gallery.  There is a pleasant café in there as well as lots of historic features, if you are interested in that type of thing. &lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
Sometimes there is traditional dancing outside by the Cathedral steps.  Morris dancers regularly perform there.&lt;br&gt;

Ummm do you do regular backups? you might be able to restore back to at least a part of the document!&lt;br&gt;
